What a fair repair price looks like
You should never have to guess. Here is roughly what the common repairs run around here.
A diagnostic visit is a flat fee, and we tell you that fee on the phone. If you have us do the repair, that fee comes off the bill.
Small electrical parts, like a capacitor or a contactor, usually land in the low hundreds installed. A blower motor or a condenser fan motor runs higher because the part costs more. A refrigerant leak repair depends on where the leak is, so we find it first and then quote it.
Two rules we hold to: you get the price before the work starts, and we do not charge extra because it is a Saturday emergency instead of a Tuesday morning.
If another local company gave you a fair written price on the same work, bring it to us and we will match it.
